We are so proud of our stallion, Royal Flush! He was entered in the Five Year Old classes at Milton, Palgrave CDI, and Blainville CDI, and he was Champion with scores in the 80's at all three shows! Thank-you Gina and Kelsey for showing him so well! We have photos of him posted on our Facebook page.

We are proud to say that once again one of our foals was Champion Foal!
At the Foal Inspection for Eastern Canada held July 31st,2008,Flynn by Fidertanz out EM Dakota, showed himself exquisitely. The judge also considered him a stallion prospect!
His stablemate, a filly also by Fidertanz out of Thais, was also held in high regard, especially regarding her type.We found it amusing though, that Flora was not able to show her lovely trot at it's best as she always had to wait for Mom! At 17,Thais has a decidedly Ho-Hum,Been-There-Done That outlook on life!
Flagship was shown for the first time at Third Level at the Equivents Spring Dressage Show in Ottawa. Gina rode him to win all his classes and claim the Third Level Championship!
At the following show at the CDI Blainville in June, they did very well in all 3 classes, again with good scores in the 60's.
Flagship's half-brother, Lorenzo, was piloted to Reserve Champion Second Level by Gina's student Kelsey Dickson and it was his first show ever!
Royal Flush, our 3 year old stallion by Royal Prince out of our De Niro mare, Drummer Girl, is excelling fabulously in his training. He is pictured here ridden by Shelly this July 1st.
Our three year old mare Dakota by Diamond Hit out of EM Ryan did very well at this year's Hanoverian inspection held at Beaulieu Farm. She was superbly presented by Shelly of Frankland Farm and was rated a 1A mare. She was Mare Test Champion with a score of 7.91 as well as Mare Show Champion and Best Canadian Bred Mare! We look forward to her foal
by Fidertanz due in March 2008.
Our two foals also did extremely well. Simcha, a colt by Sir Donnerhall out of EM Dulcinee was awarded Champion Foal and our filly, Request, by Royal Prince out of Drummer Girl was deemed the best filly. We are delighted with how well they all did.
Flagship has competed at two more shows at the end of June. For his three show outings this year, he has been Champion First Level Open every time! At the Ottawa Summer Classic he was the High Score Canadian bred horse and High Score Hanoverian with 4 first places including scores in the seventies. At the CDI Blainville, Flagship was once again champion with 4 first place finishes and scores as high as 74.7%. Thank you to his riders Gina Smith and Andrea Bresee and all
the staff at Franklands Farm.
Congratulations to Andrea Bresee, aboard Raffles, and her teammates who represented Canada at the Pan American Games, and won a Silver Medal in the team competition!
We would also like to congratulate Linda Crank and Cashmere who, at their first show together (Spring into Dressage at Palgrave), won a class at Third Level Adult Amateur. What a great start!
Further congratulations to Dominique Fortier and Thais’ son Cruise Control (Contucci/Tambourin) who have had numerous high placings throughout the summer at Second Level. We wish them continued success.
We are thrilled to announce the arrival of a handsome black colt by Sir Donnerhall out of Elite Mare Dulcinee. In 2006, we were so pleased with this cross that produced an elegant filly, Sephora, that we bred back to Sir Donnerhall. We are not disappointed with the results! Photos to be posted shortly.
In competition news, Flagship (Friendship/Tambourin) had his first show of the season at the Ottawa Spring Classic and was Champion at First Level. He was consistent in the ring and had outstanding scores of 72, 76.9, 78.3 and 82.8 % under the guidance of Andrea Bresee. Andrea also showed Walencia (Waterford/Prince Thatch) in her first show at Third Level and she achieved some good scores including 66.4 %. We are delighted with the progress she has shown, having jumped from training to third level in less than a year.
We are excited to announce the arrival of Drummer Girl's third foal by Royal Prince. "Request"is a lovely chestnut filly who is just as fabulous as her two brothers before her.
We have surplus semen available for sale from Rosario, Don Kennedy, and For Feeling. Please contact for more information.
The last show of the year was a great finish for Kristal Farm’s horses. Walencia was Regional Champion at Training Level at the CDI in Ottawa. She did wonderfully with a high score of 76.25%. Ryan did very well garnering Reserve Regional Champion at Second Level. Cashmere also did well, finishing fourth in the regional championship at third level.
We would like to thank Gina Smith, Andrea Bresee and all the staff at Franklands Farm. They have done a wonderful job with our horses and we appreciate all their time and dedication.
Kristal Farm would like to congratulate Ron Farrell whose colt by Royal Prince out of the lovely Elite Mare Torbay (Tambourin/Lanthan) was Champion Foal at the Hanoverian Verband inspection held in Guelph, Ontario.
At the latest show in Ottawa, Walencia was once again Champion at Training Level, Ryan was Champion at Second Level and Cashmere was Reserve Champion at Third Level. But the highlight of the show for Kristal Farm was the show debut of Flagship (Friendship/Tambourin). This outstanding four year old won his last class at training level with a score of 67%. Thank you Shelley from Franklands Farm for doing such a good job with him.
The CDI Blainville was extremely successful for Kristal Farm’s horses as all 3 were champion in their respective divisions. Walencia was Open Training Level Champion with scores in the high sixties and a score of 75%. Ryan showed her consistency once again with her Championship at Second Level. Cashmere also performed beautifully to win the Open Third Level Championship with scores in the high sixties as well as a 75%.
